iDiveMore Membership Subscriptions Terms of Service
SCDiving Inc (“iDiveMore”) provides maintenance services to scuba diving equipment (collectively or individually, subject to individual or ongoing payment of fees). This is called “Subscription service”. Transactions for the use of this Subscription Service by Customer shall be conducted with SCDiving. This Subscription service includes iDiveMore service-based subscriptions, and other services offered by iDiveMore in the future.
1. Customer consent
Each time you order one of this subscription service, you will enter into a separate agreement for the service under the Terms and Conditions. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are willing to enter into a binding contract for the provision of the applicable subscription service.
2. Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
SCDiving reserves the right to cancel or not renew any subscriptions.
Anyone abusing the subscription service may be subject to a cancellation fee and removal from future services.
Payment will be charged through our Payments provider at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews each month on or around the day you paid for the subscription. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to your subscription dashboard after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Cancellation of Subscription: If you are using this Paid Service with a subscription that is automatically renewed, you can request cancellation of the subscription at any time and the subscription will be canceled from the next billing period. Even after applying for the cancellation of the subscription, the customer can access the paid service until the start of the next billing period, and the refund for the remaining days of the billing period for which the customer has applied for cancellation Is not done.
There will be a re-instatement fee between $25 and $75 to reinstate subscription services.
3. Subscription Use
The iDiveMore subscription is partially a pre-paid service plan, if you cancel before 75% of the cost of any performed services has been paid in monthly installments, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + the remainder of costs due for your service.
You may only use this Subscription Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Only equipment listed for service in your plan will be authorized for said services. You are not allowed to switch listed equipment without approval from SCDiving. If SCDiving reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Paid Services Terms, your rights as set forth in this Section 3 will immediately cease and SCDiving may terminate your access and / or iDiveMore subscription account without notice to you and without refund. You may be subject to a $99 cancellation fee.
In using this Paid Service, you shall not make or attempt the following:
- Use this paid service illegally or for any purpose.
- Attempt to game the system by changing listed equipment between service periods.
- Share your iDiveMore membership with a third party to allow access to the Paid Services that the third party has not ordered.
- Copy the contents of this paid service or sell, rent or sublicense it to a third party.
- Modify or otherwise circumvent, reverse engineer, modify, suspend, or otherwise modify the membership services that SCDiving agrees to perform for the listed equipment or encourage or assist third parties to do so.
- Access this Paid Service by any means other than authorized by SCDiving.
- To delete the notice or display regarding the rights attached to this paid service.
NOT INCLUDED: Battery Changes and/or Broken Parts are not included in any service plan options.
Modifications or Termination of the Paid Service: SCDiving reserves the right to change the availability of the Paid Service. In addition, SCDiving may modify, suspend or terminate this Paid Service with or without prior notice, and any such modification, suspension or termination will be with respect to you and any third party. We do not take any responsibility. However, this will not affect your ability to request a refund as described above.
